We're home, we're grateful for the wonderful trip, and we're tired. Like on the first night of the trip we are heading to bed early, but at least it's getting dark out already at this location so maybe it will be a more restful night. Thank you Tiny and Kris for everything. We realize that although it's a vacation for you as well, you had the responsibility of making sure that we all got where we needed to be before you could enjoy your vacation. Thank you so much for giving us the best vacation ever. It will probably take me a full week to sort through the over 1300 photos that my camera took.
As we put our heads on our pillows in a few minutes we'll be thinking of those soldiers who we saw heading back to Iraq and saying an extra prayer for their safety. The sight of all of them leaving for Iraq will remain with us forever and remind us how truely blessed we were to be able to have a vacation like we did with Tiny's Tours. A special thank you to them and to all our traveling partners for a memorable 10 days.

The Chicago 4 are home safe and sound as well. Our flight was about 1 hour delayed in arriving because of the winds, but we had a fairly smooth flight.
On behalf of us, thanks to Kris and Jack for a great time, to Tom O'Brien for being a great tour guide/coach driver, and to my brother for keeping this blog. It was a great way for the folks back home to keep up. It is also a good way for us for us on the tour to remember what happened day by day.
